heart for transformation
Elisa Pulliam, who prefers to go by Lisa, has devoted her life to helping individuals pursue growth with practical skills as she simplifies the brain-body-relationship connection that shapes mindset and habits.
Holding a master's in clinical counseling, trained in EMDR, certified in equine-assisted psychotherapy and life coaching, and a consultant for the Highlands Ability Battery, Lisa combines the art and science of transformation with tools and techniques that can be immediately implemented by those eager to improve their emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being.
She is passionate about integrating faith with neuropsychology, providing a biblically sound framework for understanding why we do what we do. Additionally, she believes experiential learning with horses is invaluable in the process of developing relational and leadership skills that can transform families, teams, and communities.
Lisa is a published author, podcaster, and sought-after speaker, gifted in her ability to communicate complex ideas with humor and inspirational storytelling. She counts it a privilege to set the stage for transformation for individuals and groups ready to become stableminded.
Lisa savors slowing down with her family and friends and delighting in any time spent in the saddle or hanging out in the pasture with a herd of horses and humans.
